The Winter Pantry

Now that it finally seems like Winter in southern Wisconsin (it's finally snowing), my thoughts turn toward the many parts of our Winter pantry. It's not just the physical pantry shown in the image to the right, it's all the ways that we preserve food in the Summer and Fall so that we can keep eating locally and seasonally during the Winter. So I've added some new pages in our Pantry section to help you do this too:
