From Bear: Shelf Chef is at it again. I've started a new section of the website about Eatin' with the Seasons, beginning with Samhain (late Fall). This is the time when the farmers butcher their animals that they won't be feeding over the Winter, so I have included instructions on how to break down a whole chicken, as well as how to make homemade stock from the carcass.
