It's our first warm "Spring" day! Time to tap our trees for syrup! All you need is patience, except Bear didn't last for more than two minutes under the spout, so we put up the jugs instead. (In Bear's defense, tree taps are much slower than beer taps.) If you didn't take a look at the instructions when we posted them last month, here's the link again for Making Your Own Walnut Syrup.
