It may seem silly but... When you are a big guy good T-shirts are hard to come by and you want to keep them as long as possible. No matter how beat up they look. Most of my "good" shirts are 10 years old or older. Most vendors go up to 2X and don't have much variety. 18 years ago at a camping event I found a vendor who specialized in larger t-shirts (3X and up). I needed 4X and she had a good selection of dragon shirts. I bought six different shirts. That was the only time I have ever been able to do that. I have one left, and yes, it has holes. I put the blue dragon in the trash this weekend. It kinda sucked. Sometimes newer isn't better. Appreciate what you have. Just sayen... |
