Grilled eggs

Theresa makes great deviled eggs for our spring eqinox celabration. I thought to go outside for spring and grill the eggs instead of boiling them. iI got the idea from Steven Reighlin's book,  Barbicue Bible he grills the eggs then eats them with a dipping sauce that the veitnamese people use for breakfast. We are going to grill in the same style then use the eggs for deviled eggs.
